A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 1/30/2023 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An announced inspection was completed in response to a planned relocation of the licensed program. There were no children in care during the inspection. A total of 5 children's records, 2 household member's records, and 1 staff record were reviewed. There was an adequate supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy regulations that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
