Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from approximately 10:40am-12:10pm. There were 9 children directly supervised by 2 staff. The home, 3 staff records, 4 children?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed eating lunch of chicken and vegetable soup and cheese. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

Description: Based on record review, the provider did not obtain for each caregiver and adult household member a current Report of Tuberculosis Screening form, in accordance with the requirements in 8VAC20-800-170, every two years from the date of the first screening or more frequently as recommended by a physician or the local health department.
