An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on February 7, 2023, from 11:40am to 1:00pm with the provider and two assistants. There were three children, ages 15 months, 2, and 2 years old, were in the care of one caregiver for a total of 8 points. The children were observed finishing up lunch which consisted of pasta with tomato sauce, meatballs, mixed vegetables, banana, and milk. Two children?s records were reviewed and in compliance. The provider record and two household records were reviewed and in compliance. The provider has current certification in CPR and First Aid. The provider does not give medication at this time and is aware that Medication Administration Training (MAT) is required to do so. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed. The most recent emergency evacuation drill was documented as 1/10/2023. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as 1/10/2023.
