An announced initial inspection was completed on 1/31/2023 from 9:00am-10:00am. First aid items, smoke detectors, fire extinguisher, and age appropriate materials were observed. There were no children present. The Inspector reviewed 1 caregiver record and the Emergency Preparedness Plan.
