An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on February 8, 2023 between 11:45am and 12:30 pm. There were 4 children present with 2 caregivers supervising within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed eating lunch, handwashing, and transitioning to naptime. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programing, fire drill log, menu, first aid supplies, attendance, child and caregiver records, and emergency procedures. No medication on sight at the time of inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the programs.
