Comments:
An announced initial inspection was conducted on February 7th, 2023. There were no children present with the provider. The home, postings, cribs, caregiver records, household member records, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, bathroom/diaper changing station and emergency evacuation procedures were reviewed. Description: Based on a review of caregiver records, the provider failed to obtain all required records.

Evidence:
Caregiver #2 and #3's record did not contain the name, address and telephone number of a person to be notified in an emergency.

Plan of Correction: Corrected during inspection.
