An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 11:20am-12:20pm. There were 5 children in the direct care and supervision of 1 caregiver. A sample of 3 children?s records, and 1 caregiver's records were reviewed. The children were observed playing and washing hands. Zero new caregivers have been hired since the last inspection. Standard #: 8VAC20-800-520-A Description: Based on record review and observation, cribs were not provided for children from birth through 12 months of age.
Evidence:
1) Child A was enrolled 05/17/2022 and did not turn 1 until 11/2022. There was no crib available for Child A.
2) Child B was enrolled 01/26/2023 and did not turn 1 until 02/2023. There was no crib available for Child B.Plan of Correction: Not available online. Contact Inspector for more information.
