Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted beginning at 2:45 p.m. and ended at 3:45 p.m. There were three children in care, ages three, two and twenty-one months, a total of seven points under the care of the provider. Afternoon snack was observed and consisted of yogurt, graham crackers and water to drink. Handwashing, transition and television time was observed.

One provider record and two children's records were reviewed. Emergency drills were up to date. One pet record was reviewed for a terrier dog and four cat records.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and a violation was documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Description: Based on observation, when occupied by a child high chair straps were not secured. Evidence: A 21 month old was observed in a high chair and the safety straps were not fastened.
