A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 03/06/2023, between the hours of approximately 10:15 a.m. and 11:30 a.m., to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 12 children present with the Provider and 2 assistants for a total of 31 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed engaging in free play and preparing to go outside. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. There were 0 medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
