Technical Assistance was offered related to: Bottles, food from home and linens.
- Comments:

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 3/7/23 from 12:05 pm to 1:00pm. There were 12 children (36 points) with three caregivers present. The children were observed preparing for nap time, drinking milk and getting picked up for the day. 3 children's records, 3 caregiver's records, 1 adult household member's record and emergency drill records were reviewed. There were no children on site with allergies or medications.

Standard #: 8VAC20-800-900-B Description: Based on observation, children were drinking while walking and lying down.
Evidence:
1. Two infants were observed drinking their milk bottles while lying down in their cribs.
2. One child was observed walking around with his sippy cup filled with milk.Plan of Correction: Children will not be allowed to drink or eat lying down or while they are not seated.
Standard #: 8VAC20-800-510-C Description: Based on observation, occupied cribs were not 12 inches apart.
Evidence: Three cribs with infants were not spaced 12 inches apart.Plan of Correction: Cribs will be placed 12 inches apart.
