Discussed with the provider: fingerprints will expire in June; suggest getting updated fingerprints in May to ensure compliance.
Discussed ensuring that materials sitting on tables/shelves are not accessible to children in a way that the children could pull the item down and potentially harm themselves.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 1:30 ? 2:30pm with the provider and her assistant. There were five children in care, ranging from nine months to three years of age, for a total of 14 points. Children were observed napping, waking, and playing with age-appropriate toys. Two child records, three caregiver records, the emergency drill log, daily attendance, and the menu were reviewed. The provider is not certified in Medication Administration Training (MAT) and cannot administer medication to children in care.
