An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 1:55- 2:50 PM. There were 10 children for a total of 25 points directly supervised by 2 staff. The home, 2 staff records, 4 children?s records, 3 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed sleeping and aby was held and cared for. Diapering procedures were also observed. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

Standard #: 8VAC20-800-70-B Description: Based on record review of children's files, it was determined one file did not contain parent's written acknowledgement of the receipt of information.
Evidence:
1. There were 3 children's files reviewed and child # 2's does not contain acknowledgment of liability insurance.Plan of Correction: I have a copy out and will give to the parent tonight so they can sign acknowledgement.
