Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:15am-11:15am. There were 6 children (23 points) supervised by 2 direct caregivers. The home, 2 staff records, 3 children?s records, 1 household member?s record, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed engaging freely and eating snack, outside on the playground, and playing with toys. Diapering and handwashing procedures were also observed. No violations were observed during this inspection. Thank you for your cooperation during this inspection.
