An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 3/10/23. The provider was present with her husband and two children in care. A total of 6 points. The children were playing with the sand table full of St. Patrick days items. The provider used her grant money to buy new furniture and toys for the child care. Observed lunch, the children had meatballs rice and carrots and blueberries. Lots of interaction between the caregivers and children. No violations cited at this inspection. Please call me at 703-203-8659 or email me at email@example.com if you have any questions regarding this inspection.
A compliance history is in no way a rating for a facility.
The online compliance history includes only information after July 1, 2003. In addition, the online compliance history includes information regarding adverse actions that may be the subject of a pending appeal. An adverse action is not final until a provider has exhausted or waived all due process rights. For compliance history prior to July 1, 2003, or information regarding the status of pending adverse actions, please contact the Licensing Inspector listed in the facility's information.
