An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 9:00am-9:45am. There were 3 children for a total of 11 points directly supervised by 1 staff. The home, staff record, 3 children?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely and eating snack. Diapering procedures were also observed. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
