An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 2:45 - 4:00pm with the provider. There were nine children in care, ranging from six months to five years of age, for a total of 19 points. Children were observed napping, waking, and eating snack, which is brought from home. Two child records, four caregiver/household member records, the emergency drill log, daily attendance, and the required posted information was reviewed. The provider is not certified in Medication Administration Training (MAT) and cannot administer medication to children in care.
Please complete the columns for "Plan of Correction" and "Date to be Corrected" for each violation cited on the violation notice, and then return a signed and dated copy to the licensing office by 4:00pm on Tuesday, 3/21/2023.
