An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 03/16/2023 from 10:45am to 11:35am. There were 5 children ages 2 years old to age 5 years old (9 points) with the Provider. The programming area, attendance, outdoor playground area, menus, Provider and Household member records, 5 children?s records, emergency drills, and emergency supplies, and were reviewed. There were no medications on site. Children were observed participating in imaginative play, art, puzzles and an alphabet game. Handwashing procedures were also observed. The Provider was current with CPR and First Aid training. There were no areas of non-compliance observed during the inspection.
