An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 1230-1:25. There were 8 children for a total of 21 points directly supervised by 3 staff. The home, 3 staff records, 2 children?s records, 1 household member?s record, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed getting ready to nap and being bottle fed. Diapering procedures were also observed. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

Standard #: 8VAC20-800-180-A Description: Based on record review, it was determined the Provider had not obtained current TB Screening forms within 2 years since the last screening.
Evidence:
1. The Provider's Screening expired in November, 2022 and Caregiver # 2's TB report expired at the end of 2022.Plan of Correction: I will have the screenings updated.
Standard #: 8VAC20-800-320-G Description: Based on interview and report review, it was determined the fireplace has not been inspected annually.
Evidence:
1. Provider has a chimney inspection but the document was dated over 15 months ago.
2. The Provider said she had a call in to obtain an inspection.Plan of Correction: Inspection will be completed but first week in April.
