A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on March 29, 2023 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. At the time of entrance, no children were in care with one caregiver present. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.

1. Caregiver #1 did not have documentation of the department's health and safety update course.
2. Caregiver #1 confirmed that the department's health and safety update course had not been completed at the time of the inspection.Plan of Correction: The caregiver will complete the department's health and safety update training.
