An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 8:45am-9:50am with the provider on site. There were 8 children with 2 caregivers. A sample of 3 children's files and 2 caregivers/household member's files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: toy play, eating breakfast, playing on ipads at the table and looking at books. Interactions between the children and caregivers were positive. The site was clean, organized and contained an abundant supply of developmentally appropriate materials. The physical space, attendance records, first aid kit, drill record and the Emergency Preparedness Plan were reviewed. There were no medications on site.
