An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on April 5, 2023. There were 7 children (21 points) present with 2 caregivers. The home, children's records, caregiver's records, household member records, evacuation drill logs, attendance logs, cribs, menu's and the first aid kit were reviewed. The children were observed having breakfast which consisted of cereal, muffins, banana's and milk. Areas of non-compliance were cited in the violation notice. Evidence:
Clorox wipes were on a desk in an area accessible to children.Plan of Correction: Clorox wipes were removed to a safe place during inspection.
