Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 10:25am-11:30am. There were 4 children (13 points) directly supervised by the provider. The home, 1 staff record, 4 children?s records, 3 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely. There was an adequate supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

A person living in the home of a licensed family day home provider shall have a central registry check within 30 days of a 14 year-old beginning to reside in the home, or a person in the home becoming 14 years old.
