A monitoring inspection was conducted today, between 9:00am and 10:15am. There were children present, with 2 caregivers supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of4 child records and 2 caregiver records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard #: 8VAC20-800-90-C Description: Based on review of children's records, the family day home did not obtain documentation of additional immunizations every six months for a child under the age of two.
Evidence
Child #1, first day 8/17/22, and #2 first day 5/27/22, are both under the age of two, do not have documentation of additional immunizations every six months. Child #1 last immunization documentation dated 8/23/22. Child #2 last immunization documentation dated 9/15/22.Plan of Correction: I will get an updated immunization record and make sure to get one every six months for all children under the age of two.
