An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today between the hours of 11:25am-12:10pm. There were 2 children directly supervised by the provider. The home, 2 caregiver records, 2 children?s records, evacuation drills, and emergency supplies were inspected. Children were observed playing freely. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
