Comments:

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 04/19/2023. There were a total of 6 children (16 points) observed with 2 caregivers present. The children were engaged in the following: washing hands and eating lunch. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel and household members, physical environment, care of children, handwashing, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 6 child records and 2 caregiver/household member records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Description:	Based on observation, the provider did not ensure that emergency telephone numbers were posted in a visible area close to the telephone. Evidence: There were no emergency phone numbers posted by the telephone.
Plan of Correction:	I will type and print out and post the emergency phone numbers by the telephone.
