Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 04/25/2023 between the hours of approximately 9:30 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. There were 12 children present with the Provider and 2 assistants for a total of 25 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed cleaning up and preparing to go outside. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and caregiver records, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Thank you for your cooperation. If you have any questions, please e-mail me at tameika.king@ doe.virginia.gov.
