A complaint investigation was conducted today in response to a complaint received by the Fairfax Licensing office on April 25, 2023 in regards to the provider exceeding the licensed capacity.
Evidence gathered during the inspection supported the complaint and it is deemed to be valid. Violations from the inspection can be found on the violation notice.

Evidence:
