Comments:

An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted with the provider. Three children were in care for eight points which is within ratios for supervision. Children were upstairs upon arrival and then we all went into the basement daycare space. The children were playing with housekeeping materials, dinosaurs and pretend food. Reviewed emergency preparation, transportation, records for provider and children in care as well as physical space. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Description:	Based on record review and provider statement, monthly evacuation drills were not conducted. Evidence: No drills were conducted the months of February and March 2023.

Description:	Based on record review and provider statement, attendance is not maintained as each child arrives and departs. Evidence: The provider completes the attendance for all children in advance before they arrive and does not document time in and time out.
