Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on April 25, 2023 from 10:40 a.m. to 11:50 a.m. There were 12 children present, ranging in ages from five months to four years old with two staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of two child records and one staff record were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Description:	Based on review of records and interview, the provider failed to maintain documentation of evacuation and shelter-in-place drills. Evidence: 1. There was no documentation of evacuation and shelter-in-place drills for the months of December of 2022 through March of 2023. 2. The provider confirmed that there was no documentation of the evacuation and shelter-in-place drills for the months of December of 2022 through March of 2023.
