An unannounced two month monitoring inspection was conducted on 4/24/2023. There were 2 children (4 points) directly supervised by 1 caregiver. The home, 1 caregiver record, no new children's records, household member's records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed finishing lunch and playing freely inside the play room. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report.
