Licensing inspector discussed MAT training and templates for records with the caregiver.

Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 12:15pm-1:30pm. There were 11 children in the direct care and supervision of 3 caregivers. A sample of 4 children?s records, and 2 caregiver's records were reviewed. The children were observed napping, eating, and washing their hands. Zero new caregivers have been hired since the last inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. The exit interview was conducted with the provider.
