Comments:

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 5/2/23 from 9:55am to 11:00am with the Provider. There were two children in care, a 20-month-old and a three-year-old, for a total of five points. Children were observed having free play. Two child records, the provider?s record, and five household member records were reviewed. The provider has current certification in CPR and First Aid. The Provider reported that there was no medication on-site for children and understands that they must obtain certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT) in order to give medication. The first aid kit, flashlight, weather band radio, and fire extinguisher were observed. The emergency drill log, attendance, and menu were also requested. Description:	Based on review of five household member records, the provider did not obtain the results of a search of the central registry for one household member within 30 days of turning 14-years-old. Evidence: The record for Household Member E, with a date of birth of 11/12/08, did not contain the results of a search of the central registry.
