Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:00am-10:45am with the provider on site. There were 12 children with 3 caregivers. A sample of 2 children's files and 5 caregivers/household member's files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: toy play, washing hands, eating breakfast and playing outside. Interactions between the children and caregivers were positive. The site was clean. The physical space, attendance records, first aid kit, drill record and the Emergency Preparedness Plan were reviewed. There were no medications on site.
