An in-person renewal inspection was conducted on May 3, 2023 from 2:30pm until 3:20pm. There were 2 children present with 1 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. Children were observed playing freely, watching a television show and drinking their bottle on their own. A total of 2 child records,1 staff record and 1 household member record s were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Evidence: Child 1 is missing a phone number and address for second emergency contact. Child 2 is missing a start date.Plan of Correction: I will get information for Child 1. Child's record was corrected at time of inspection.
