An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on March 20 2023 between 10:30 and 11:30am. There were 9 children (23 points) in the direct care of 2 caregivers. A review of household records, staffing records, child records, and the physical plant was conducted. Children were observed dancing, singing, playing, hand washing, and preparing for lunch.
