1. Reviewed requirement for decals to be placed on glass doors at the level of the children enrolled.
- Comments:

An unannounced 60-day conditional license inspection was conducted at 1:40pm. There were no children present during the inspection. Met with the provider to review corrective actions taken on the previous inspection violations cited, and to answer questions from the provider.
