Discussed the upcoming expiration date for one household member background checks.
- Comments:

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 05/22/2023 between the hours of approximately 11:30 am and 12:30 pm. There were 11 children present, ranging in ages from 13 months to 4 years, with 2 staff supervising. Ratios were in compliance. At the time of entrance, children and staff were observed while transitioning to lunch time: Children were sitting at the tables while the provider was getting the food ready. The assistant was reading the children the story "Are you my mother?" Staff was observed serving lunch and supervising the children. After lunch, the assistant took the children to wash their hands while the provider cleaned the area. Lunch served today consisted of: mixed vegetables, cheese, turkey ham, bread, apple slices and orange slices.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. No medication on site today. A total of 3 child records, 3 staff records and 1 household member record were reviewed.
