The renewal application will arrive approximately 90 days prior to your expiration via email and should be uploaded into our online portal once completed.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. There are 5 children present (14 points) with one caregiver. Children are resting quietly during the inspection.

1 caregiver and 3 child records were reviewed. All were complete.
Emergency evacuation drills, first aid supplies, first aid/CPR certifications, fridge/freezer temperatures were all in compliance.

LI was present today from 2:20 PM - 3:15PM.

Standard #: 8VAC20-800-770
Description: Based on observation, there is not a working portable battery-operated weather band radio available.
Evidence:
The weather band radio available during the inspection did not work. The batteries need to be replaced.

Plan of Correction: I will purchase new batteries.
