Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. There were 7 children present (22 points) with one, then2 caregivers. Children were observed playing with a variety of toys, washing hands and having lunch. First Aid/CPR certifications, first aid supplies, emergency supplies, fridge/freezer temperatures. bathroom supplies and diapering supplies were all in compliance. 7 child and 5 caregiver/adult records were reviewed. Evidence: At LI arrival, one child was seated in a booster seat with the tray attached as a method of discipline.
