An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/26/2023 from 10:15am to 11:00am. There were no children present with the Provider at the time of the inspection. The programming area, attendance, menus, Provider, Assistant and Household member records, 3 children?s records, emergency drills, emergency supplies, and policies were reviewed. There was an adequate number of staff with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid training. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
Please complete the columns for "Plan of Correction" and "Date to be Corrected" for each violation cited on the Violation Notice, and then return a signed and dated copy to the licensing office by 5pm on 06/01/2023. Please email me at angela.dudek@doe.virginia.gov with any questions.
