Standard #: 8VAC20-800-530-A Description: Based on the review of the cribs, the provider does not have fitted sheets on the mattresses.
Evidence: The provider has removed the sheets because the children take the sheets off during nap time. Currently non of the cribs have sheets.Plan of Correction: I will put the sheets back on the crib mattresses and try to find a way to keep the sheets on the mattresses.
