An unannounced Subsidy and Health Inspection was conducted with in conjunction with a monitoring inspection (see that inspection report for details). The two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. There were no allergy plans to be reviewed. The vendor record was reviewed for documentation of the mandatory Virginia Preservice Training and current certification in First Aid and CPR.
