An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on May 24, 2023, from 10:13am to 11:00am with the provider. There were three children in care with one household child, ages 19 months, 2, 3, and 3 years old, were in the care of one caregiver for a total of 9 points. The children were observed playing with age-appropriate toys, putting together puzzles, and practicing their numbers. Two children?s records were reviewed and in compliance. The provider record and one household records were reviewed and in compliance. The provider has current certification in CPR and First Aid. The provider does not give medication at this time and is aware that Medication Administration Training (MAT) is required to do so. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed. The most recent emergency evacuation drill was documented as 4/19/2023. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as 5/23/2023.
