The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, physical health of caregivers, caregiver training, physical equipment/ environment, care of children, preventing spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 4 child records, I provider and 2 household member records reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program

Violations:

Evidence: There were 4 children observed during their rest period and 3 were observed awake and watching television while laying on their cots. The provider confirmed the television program was a daytime soap opera and it had been on for approximately 45 minutes. The age range of children in care was 21 months to age 4.
