Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 6/6/2023 from 8:30 am to 9:50 am. There are 4 children supervised by 1 direct caregiver. The home, 1 staff record, 5 children?s records, 1 household member?s record, emergency supplies, emergency drills, and policies were inspected. Children were observed eating breakfast and playing with playdough. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Thank you for your cooperation during this inspection.
