A initial inspection was conducted on June 6, 2023 from 10:20 am- 11:40am . The provider will have two living spaces designated for the children and outside area fenced in. The provider is requesting for license for 8 children ages ranging from 2-4 years old. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition.

Standard #: 8VAC20-800-330-A Description: Base on obstervation and interview, the applicant did not ensure a landline telephone was available , operable and accessible .
Evidence:
Applicant confirmed appointment was schedule for a landline phone to be installed .Plan of Correction: The applicant had the phone installed on June 8, 2023 and contacted the LI when completed.
