A complaint was received involving inadequate supervision, inadequate diapering surface, no warm water for handwashing and serving unsanitary food.
Observation and interviews were conducted, the provider was present with eleven children between the ages of 2 to 14 years for a total of 16 points. The younger children were napping during the inspection and the schoolagers were talking quietly. There was no evidence to support the allegation, therefore the complaint is invalid.
