Comments:

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 5/31/2022 at 9:50am to 10:50am. There were 3 children (12 points) directly supervised by 1 staff. The home, 1 staff records, 3 child's records, 1 household member's records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely outside and inside the play room. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized.
