Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on November 16 2022 between 1:00pm and 2:00 pm. There were 7 children in the direct care of 2 caregivers. Children were observed napping and resting. Children that were not napping, were able to access books and quiet activities during nap time. A review of the emergency drills, caregiver records, household records, and child files was conducted. Description: Based on record review, the provider did not obtain, for each caregiver, a current report of Tuberculosis Screening.

Evidence: Caregiver 2 record had a report of Tuberculosis Screening dated November 29, 2019.
