An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on December 14 2022 between 12:00pm and 1:00pm. Children were observed preparing for nap time, and resting. A review of household records, child records, and caregiver records was conducted. The home, emergency drills, trainings, and attendance records was inspected. Standard #: 8VAC20-800-180-A Description: Based on record review, the provider did not ensure each caregiver obtain a report of tuberculosis screening every two years from the date of the first screening.
